June 20, 2018 08:04:52 The Ford F-16 will soon be a part of the Toyota 4Runner family, the company said on Thursday.
The F-4 will be offered on a lease basis for the new 4Runner SUV, a Toyota spokesperson said.
Toyota also announced a new lease option for the F-100 pickup.
The F-101 pickup will be available in two options, the base model with a 1.4-liter EcoBoost and the 4Runner with a 2.5-liter turbocharged engine.
The base F-500 will have an optional 3.7-liter engine.
The new F-series models will arrive later this year and will be delivered by the end of 2019.
The Ford Focus, the Toyota Tundras and the Toyota Tacoma are also being phased out of the F series.
Ford will sell the F1 through 2019, the Focus through 2020, the F150 through 2021 and the Tacoma through 2022.
