In February, the Cherokees received their first lease with the City of Charlotte.
The agreement called for the team to remain in Charlotte until the team moved to San Antonio in 2019.
The lease, signed by former Charlotte Mayor Mark McCullough, expires at the end of the 2020 season.
The team will not have to pay rent or interest on the $750,000, and will not be able to negotiate with the city.
But it will have to agree to be on the city’s sports teams, such as the NBA and NHL, for the duration of the lease.

“Charlotte has agreed to participate in and host only events of a competitive nature.”
It was unclear if the team was also required to pay for any other events, which could include concerts, concerts or sporting events.
Charlotte Mayor Mark Murdock said in a statement on the signing of the contract that the contract is the first in a series of agreements that the city has with sports franchises to help them continue to provide the same level of entertainment and events as the Charlotte Hornets.
“The City of Houston is pleased to announce that the Hornets will be joining us in the 2019 NBA Playoffs for the first time in franchise history,” he said.
“We look forward to welcoming the Hornets to the City, their fans, and the city as a whole.”
The contract comes as the Bobcats are looking to move to a new stadium, but the city of Charlotte is not willing to sell them the building.
The Bobcats have not played a game in Charlotte since they played the Houston Rockets in the 2013 NBA Finals.
Charlottes Hornets announced on Twitter that the team has “signed a lease with Charlotte.”
“It’s exciting for the city and we are committed to providing the fans with great entertainment at home and across the globe,” the team said in the tweet.
The deal is a huge blow to the Bobcat faithful.
In recent years, the team is one of the most popular teams in the NBA.
The franchise is still popular despite the contract.
The NBA had to rework its rules to allow for the expansion of a team from outside the market to play in Charlotte.
It will now allow teams to move from one market to another.
The contract will not affect the Hornets’ chances of winning the title in 2020.
The team has a chance to win a championship in 2020 and 2019.
Charlottesville City Councilwoman Karen Anderson-Gentry is the city attorney who signed the contract and said she had a “great conversation” with McCullough.
Charlothes move to the Alamodome was the catalyst for the deal.
It was a huge step for the franchise and it was a positive step for Charlotte.
Charlots move to Charlotte was a catalyst for a major overhaul of the Alamos arena.
The Alamos is the largest venue in the country and will be renamed The Alamodrome.
The deal was approved in March by the Charlotte City Council.
The Alamos has been the venue for the NBA for more than 20 years.
It has a capacity of 1,000.
The arena was named after former President Richard Nixon.
Charlts lease will help the team compete at a new venue in 2019, as well as help Charlotte prepare for a move to another city.
Charlotta and the Charlotte Bobcat team have been in Charlotte for the past five seasons.
The Raiders have not won a game since the 2016 season.
